陸資投資旅館 適度開放有效管理

內政部昨（十一）日表示，政府已經開放陸資來台投資觀光旅館業，為觀光旅館之開發或經營需要，陸資得經主管機關交通部同意，並送土地所在地之地方政府初審，報經內政部會同相關機關審查許可後取得所需之不動產。

近日有媒體報導指稱中國人來台投資旅館業，可以買土地蓋房子，我國業者赴中國只能租地，建議政府應建立中資退場機制。內政部地政司說明，對於陸資來台投資觀光旅館取得及使用不動產，已訂有完整管理配套，未依核定期限或計畫用途使用者，即廢止許可。
