九月資遣通報數下降 製造業最多

新北市勞工局今天公布9月份廠商資遣通報，相較於8月份，資遣廠商家次減少了142家，資遣員工的人數也減少了89人；勞工局分析9月份員工被資遣原因，以員工對所擔任的工作不能勝任者最多，其次為廠商虧損或業務緊縮；另外通報廠商行業別，以製造業最多，其次為批發及零售業。

勞工局也說，被資遣員工中以男性略多，佔52%；教育程度以大學以上最多，佔36%；年齡層分布則以30~39歲最多，佔39%；其次是40~49歲，佔25%。
