職場菜鳥 7成有離職念頭

yes123求職網調查，有卅‧七%的新鮮人未動過離職念頭，也就是近七成的新鮮人動過一次以上的離職念頭，主要原因為工作量與薪資不成正比、工作內容與想像不同、公司沒發展性等。

進入九月中旬，對第一批八年級的大學畢業生來說，離開校園快三個月了，為了了解新鮮人求職與上班情況，yes123求職網針對今年畢業或退伍的社會新鮮人，進行「職場菜鳥調查」。

yes123求職網調查發現，對於目前工作，近七成的人有過離職的想法。
