女性生育復職率5成 間隔6年

（中央社記者魏紜鈴台北5日電）勞委會公布102年性別勞動統計資料，其中婚育與就業關係資料顯示，台灣女性生育復職率超過5成，平均復職間隔達6年之久。

行政院勞工委員會公布的102年性別勞動統計資料，根據行政院主計總處民國99年7月「婦女婚育與就業調查」，15歲至64歲曾因結婚而離職的已婚女性有141萬2000人，結婚離職率約為31%，曾復職工作的有63萬1000人，復職率約為44%，平均復職間隔為6年11個月。

統計資料也顯示，女性曾因生育第一胎離職的有69.1萬人，生育第一胎離職率約22%，另曾因生育而離職是86.7萬人，曾復職的有48.1萬人，復職率約55%，平均復職間隔是6年5個月。1020905
